Food Safety Bill Passes the Senate

"Small food facilities that do less than $500,000 in sales annually and sell most of their food within a 275 mile area would be exempt from the new regulations, though the FDA reserves the right to revoke the exemption for a given facilities if they come across contaminated food from the facility while investigating a foodborne illness outbreak."

Clueless Noam Chomsky: WikiLeaks Cables Reveal "Profound Hatred for Democracy on the Part of Our Political Leadership"

Read the rest here: Chomsky on Democracy Now

" What this reveals is the profound hatred for democracy on the part of our political leadership."

Note:  Democracy Now?  How about NEVER! Most Americans are unaware that we live in a Constitutional Republic - not a democracy - and that democracy leads to "the tyranny of the masses."

Apparently Chomsky doesn't understand that Americans SHOULD HATE DEMOCRACY.  But what do you expect from a guy who, when asked about the truth behind 911 and who murdered president JFK replied:  "Who cares?"

I CARE:  THAT'S WHO CARES!  The question is:  Why doesn't he?  Unless the truth conflicts with his own motives...

Chomsky, and those repeating the lie that we live in a democracy, should live in a democracy etc... are feeding dangerous propaganda to a public that should instead be educated more about the blessings of the Republic they inherited.

The famous story of someone asking Ben Franklin, as he came away from the Constitutional debate what kind of government we Americans now had he replied "A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT."  He DID NOT reply "a democracy if you can keep it."

We do not pledge allegiance to the flag, of the United States of America, and to the democracy for which it stands.  It is to the Republic to which it stands.

Chomsky and the clowns like him pushing the fallacy of democracy are enemies of the republic - whether their lies are intentional or not.  They hold authoritative positions which lead the unaware astray - down the road to hell paved with or without their good intentions.

What kind of friend does that?

Student faces three years in prison for modifying Xbox 360

"The Cal State Fullerton liberal arts student is accused of installing chips on Xbox 360 consoles that allowed people to run pirated DVDs and other unofficial content.
In a potentially devastating decision, a federal judge ruled last week that Crippen could not claim "fair use" as a defense for modifying a gaming console.
Crippen's attorneys had hoped to claim that installing a mod chip in a gaming console was no different than "jailbreaking" an iPhone, since both devices share many of the same basic functions."

Video: Senate Bill S 510 vote PASSED! - procedural vote passes 74-25

Go here: (Click here) for Natural News article with list of politicians supporting this madness

The question, as always, is what the bill actually covers. Laws are open to interpretation. People are aware of the threats our food supply faces - see "The world according to Monsanto" and "Food Inc." if you are not.

What you are seeing is people who are fed up.

And finally - you have to ask yourself - if he doesn't know what he's talking about - why in the world this law is not written clearly enough for anyone to understand.

When a government tortures and defends extrajudicial murder - it is very very hard to the average person to believe that that same government has the protection of our food supply at the top of their "to-do" list.

I applaud the man for speaking out and voicing his opinion. The interpretation of the law will become obvious once enforcement begins- regardless of your opinion, his opinion, or my opinion of its meaning.

China puts 8.5 million tonnes of grain reserve on market this week

"Also, the People's Bank of China, the central bank, raised benchmark interest rates and hiked the reserve requirement ratio for banks twice in a month."
Note:  As an American such news shouldn't matter.  We can produce so much food it would be coming out of our ears - but ...

You've heard the term "getting off the grid."  Well - America - the country - has to get off the world grid.  What is good for the goose is good for the gander.

Willie Nelson arrested for pot possession

Note:  Like somehow possessing pot is a bad thing.  The real criminals are those intent on prohibition of pot - and they have profit motives beyond belief.  Willie Nelson doesn't belong in jail.  But - you'll tell me:  "He broke the law."

What law?  Was he torturing a fellow human being?  Now that's breaking the law.  Possessing pot?

My fellow Americans - you'd better wake up from your slumber now before it is too late - and it is getting close to being too late.

UK's MI6 'paid Taliban impostor'

"It was believed that the US had helped Britain check the man's bona fides using signal intelligence, the Timesreported."

Suicide rate among 'citizen soldiers' alarming

"The reason for the rise in suicides among these "citizen soldiers" is not known. It may be linked to the recession, says Army Col. Chris Philbrick, deputy commander of an Army task force working to reduce suicides"

Woman Jailed for Getting Pregnant Dies From Medical Neglect

"Though the young woman spent weeks complaining to guards of trouble breathing and mucus in her lungs, they refused to send her to access medical care until it was too late."
Note:  I'm so proud of our justice system:  from the lawmakers, to the police, to the jailers.  But do the people deserve any blame?  Are Americans simply afraid of the heartless beasts they've empowered on this justice system?

Aren't these the same people stripping us at the airports and watching us on monitoring cameras everywhere?  Now that's a comfortable feeling.

Smile, if you're in downtown Houston Homeland Security picking up tab for 250-300 surveillance cameras

"The city has spent about $14 million in federal grant funding on the camera program, which it expects to finish by the end of January. The money comes from Urban Area Security Initiative funds doled out annually by Homeland Security to regions across the country, Storemski said.
In recent years, Houston has received an estimated $18 million to $20 million, money to spend on initiatives to prevent and detect terrorism."
Note:  ...meanwhile the border is open to all.  Yes indeedy - the Feds are really really concerned about the safety of the citizens of Houston, Texas.

I have a feeling that events similar to that in the article will accelerate.  People just don't have any more money for the fat pigs running the banks.

But the cops go there to do the bidding of the bankers - and trouble ensues.

Is it the job of the police to enforce the will of the bankers?  Don't these rich guys have enough yet?  Or do we all have to live ten to a room to prop up their lavish lifestyles?

Jesse Ventura walks the walk on TSA crapola. Do you have the guts to follow his leadership?

*pic from here
Sorry to bring this up - but we must revisit history if we are to learn its lessons.  Smart people learn from history so as to avoid repeating mistakes - big ones - like the one that happened in Germany under the NAZIs.  The slow incremental slide into dictatorship has been likened to the slow drip of an anesthetic - just a little bit at a time - until the full effect over time leaves one wondering - how in the hell did things get to this point?  Incrementalism.

It is important to recognize incrementalism for what it is.  The first exposure is shocking.  The second ain't so bad.  The third seems normal.  Jesse Ventura recognized this incremental desensitization as he repeatedly submitted to the airline TSA goofery.  After reflecting on his state of mind after having repeatedly submitted to this idiocy- he realized that he was becoming accustomed to being treated like a head of cattle.  Yes - becoming accustomed to blind obedience and submission is dangerous indeed.  He recognized that.  Do you?

He's a veteran and former governor.  He is the only person to effectively get the so-called truth movement information - (erroneously labeled as conspiracy theory) onto the mainstream media.

There is one thing you need to understand my friend - if you are not willing to sacrifice - you cannot have anything.  If you are not willing to say "no" you cannot be free.  If you cannot say "f#ck you" to a groping idiot in a uniform - you cannot say you are a free citizen.

Jesse Ventura has set the example for YOU.  He is no longer going to fly due to the "in your pants" NAZI grope-search.  Oh - and if you think YOU need to fly - I really doubt you need to fly more than Jesse Ventura.

Jesse Ventura puts his principals first, profit second - and although I don't know anything of the amounts of money involved - I am willing to bet that he is sacrificing more money than the average person.  But the point is that he has decided to take the ultimatum of that Janet Napolinazo to either comply or fly.

Jesse Ventura is doing YOUR JOB FOR YOU!  He knew he was incrementally being sucked into a NAZI system and extracted himself.  HE IS SETTING THE EXAMPLE FOR YOU!  FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE!

U.S. deploying heavily armored battle tanks for first time in Afghan war

Read entire here:

""We've taken the gloves off, and it has had huge impact," one of the senior officials said."
Note:  ...which raises the question:  "Why did it take this long and this many lives to quote takes the gloves off unquote?"

Oh yeah - good thing these tanks are "heavily armored" armor.  That's a good thing for sure.

This shows me we are losing big time.  The other weapons systems are not working - now they are bringing in tanks for more protection - a defensive move in my opinion.

Federal judge pleads guilty to 2 drug charges

Check this story out:

Camp pleaded guilty to the felony charge of aiding and abetting a felon's possession of cocaine when he bought drugs for the stripper, who was secretly cooperating with authorities. He also pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors: possession of illegal drugs and illegally giving the stripper his government-issued laptop."

If you wanna' know the easy way - ask a lazy man: On Fighting Management

*see below

I'm not Irish - I'm of Slovak and Polish descent.  The "If you wanna' know title" comes from an Irishman I worked with.  He didn't particularly care for me.  But those were different times - we were from different generations - and I didn't yet understand what it was like to be 40 years old and concerned about job security.  They say hindsight is 20/20.  Next time I see the S.O.B. I'm givin' him a hug.

Oh - and regarding the Mollies - my brother and I painted a basement in Wilkes-Barre, PA where the WW2 vet that hired us informed us was a meeting place of the Mollies.  I never verified this - I was just a kid.  But the stories of the robber-barons - throwing dead miners on front porches - and company scrip were commonplace - as the people were still alive to tell us kids what it was like back in the bad old days.  The days before the miners got together to fight back against the robber barons.

The robber-barons' houses are still there - on River Street - some part of Wilkes College (University Now) in WB PA - geez - as a youngster painting the places for summer work - I was amazed at the opulance the rich had - as opposed to the double-blocks those of my socio-economic strata grew up in.  Heck - their showers were bigger than the rooms we lived in.

I still can remember like it was yesterday.

I'd been hired as a young early-twenties electronics kid into a large corporation.  There were some experienced guys there that resented me.  They would train me - at my much lower salary - and eventually I would present a threat to their employment - and salary.

At the time I thought they were just picking on me.  In hindsight - I understand completely.

How did they fight management in a place where the corporation rules - in the nineties?

Easy.  A bunch of the old-timers - that is - the guys who kept the place running - and I mean REALLY kept the place running -

...went to lunch at some Mexican place up on Route 1.  The strangest thing happened.  They all got food poisoning.  Bad.

It was so bad they couldn't work for a coupla' days.

The place fell apart.

Management - received this message loud and clear via the accounting department as customers (unserved) went ballistic and threats for nonpayment for non-services non-rendered mounted.

Concessions may have been made.

I guess it all depends on the leverage your group has to influence the bottom line.

Just some thoughts.

How Amerika really supports our troops: A Marine Infantry Officer explains: Video

The information is out there - when will the public wake up and see the real culprits?

Is it any wonder we need so many mercenaries to continue this madness?

What are YOU getting out of all this?  I suppose it depends on who "you" are.

Score: Prisoners 1 Airline Passengers 0

Is it because the prisoners have better lawyers/representation than citizens of a free republic?  Is it because prisoners are faced daily with the grim reality that a willingness to fight is the only guarantor of self-preservation?  Or is it simply because America really has become a police state - plain and simple?

Wait - what am I talking about?  Consider (CLICK) this article regarding a recent lawsuit won by prisoners strip-searched:

"The Cook County Board today approved a $55.3 million settlement in a class-action civil lawsuit alleging that thousands of inmates at the county jail were improperly strip searched....

The attorneys representing the former jail inmates will be paid $15 million, Driscoll said. The rest will go to up to 400,000 inmates jailed between Jan. 30, 2004 and March 19, 2009."

Now consider this article describing the pat-down of a toddler:

Why was Mandy searched in the first place? She started crying when she was asked to put her teddy bear through the X-ray machine. This made it difficult for her to walk calmly through the metal detector and she set the machine off twice, which meant she "must be hand-searched."

Finally - and I ask you to remember the lawsuit mentioned above - won by the prisoners - look at the actions of the TSA regarding a man who recently refused their insane paranoia-based groping of the American citizenry:

"The Transportation Security Administration has opened an investigation targeting John Tyner, the Oceanside man who left Lindbergh Field under duress on Saturday morning after refusing to undertake a full body scan.
Tyner recorded the half-hour long encounter on his cell phone and later posted it to his personal blog, along with an extensive account of the incident. The blog went viral, attracting hundreds of thousands of readers and thousands of comments.
Michael J. Aguilar, chief of the TSA office in San Diego, called a news conference at the airport Monday afternoon to announce the probe. He said the investigation could lead to prosecution and civil penalties of up to $11,000."

You see, my fellow Americans.  You are being methodically, systematically, incrementally cowed to obey, obey obey!!!  To follow orders without question - abandoning your individualism, your self-respect - and your instinctive drive to protect yourself and your loved ones.
America is at a crossroads.  America is a nation of the people, by the people, and for the people.  YOU are "the people."
We can no longer participate in a system that asks us to surrender our rights in order to protect our rights.  Not now, not ever.
Say NO to the police state.  The more voices the better.  Oh, and by the way:  they ARE PUTTING THEIR HANDS DOWN YOUR PANTS!!!

Superb Video on our Monetary Mess

Why? Geraldo Rivera changes mind on AE911Truth

Why Geraldo has finally come around is the real mystery here.  After all - one must only take a look at the fall of WTC7 - and the lame fires blamed for its collapse to realize something is amiss.  After all - no plane hit WTC7.  Yet it collapsed just like two buildings that were.

Take a look at this recent fire.  Looks pretty bad to me.  But - as usual - as always - except for on September 11, 2001 in New York City - the building refuses to commit suicide.  Click here for more pics.

The evidence is overwhelming.  What is lacking is a public that will look into that telescope Galileo built - trained on the moons of Jupiter, just waiting to shatter their world view.  Do you have the courage to look into the telescope - to see with your own eyes that this is not a Geocentric universe?  Or is it simply easier to look away - and live the fantasy?

Here's a video we all know about.  Why hasn't this guy been interrogated?

I don't like getting carried away with speculation.  However - as I said earlier - the biggest mystery is why Fox News and Geraldo are giving the AE911Truth people air time?

Probably because in our near future there is another 911-style false flag planned.  Since it will eclipse the original September 11, 2001 - in order to stampede America into another war with Iran and beyond - the time has come for the shills that participated in the cover-up of 911 to begin "seeing the light."  This will exculpate them from suspicion as they assist in the cover-up of the coming false-flag operation.

There's a conspiracy theorist's take on all this.  I hope I am wrong.
